How to apply for the Masters in Public Health degree…as easy as 1, 2, 3.

We are prepared to answer your questions regarding the MPH program and your career goals. The application process is streamlined for your convenience.

  1. Send us an email at MPH@lecom.edu and note the Masters in Public Health in the email subject line.
  2. Use the following link for application information and instructions for all SHSA programs: School of Health Services Administration Applications.
  3. Upon receipt of your applications with $50 processing fee, your enrollment process will begin.

The Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine School of Health Services Administration Masters in Health Services Administration program is licensed by the Commission for Independent Education, Florida Department of Education.
