Exceptional care requires exceptional well-being. While residency and fellowship training are deeply rewarding, we understand the unique physical, mental, and spiritual challenges that come with medical education.
We believe that supporting our trainees is fundamental to delivering the highest standard of patient care. We are dedicated to providing the robust resources and structural support you need to thrive both inside and outside the hospital.
Our program proudly adheres to the trainee wellness guidelines established in Section 6.13 of the ACGME Common Program Requirements.
LECOM Employee Assistance Program

Emotional wellbeing and work-life balance resources to keep you at your best.
We are excited to announce a new strategic partnership with SupportLinc designed to help employees address and resolve everyday issues around emotional wellbeing and work-life balance. LECOM Health has made SupportLinc available to all employees. As a confidential and robust Employee Assistance Program, you (and your family) will be able to work through these everyday issues immediately or over time by phone, via video or through limited in-person counseling sessions. There simply doesn’t need to be a delay in getting the care that you need.
Convenient and confidential help when you want it, how you want it
SupportLinc licensed clinicians are available 24/7/365 for immediate assistance. They will also provide a multitude of other services such as:
- UNLIMITED telephonic support by SupportLinc clinicians for quick access when needed
- Consultation and planning with a financial counselor
- Legal consultation with a local attorney
- Three in person consultations for short-term counseling
- Resources/referrals for child and elder care, home repair, housing needs, education, pet care and more
