Tuition and Fees
2027-2028 Tuition and Fees
Tuition and fees are due at the start of each semester. Fees are applied in the fall term of each year. Spring term charges consist of the second half of tuition and health insurance, if applicable. The College reserves the right to change tuition, fees, and other charges without advance notice and to make such changes applicable to present as well as future students.
Application Fee and Supplementary Documentation: $50.00
Applicants are to submit both the online application and all supplementary documentation at the same time, if possible. If there are any delays in required documentation, candidates may miss the due date for the next cohort. Please plan well in advance to obtain letters of recommendation, official transcripts from previous education, and TEAS test scores. Nonrefundable application fee is payable upon submission of online application with supplementary documentation for admission. If you are unable to apply because you cannot pay the application fee, please contact Dr. Octavia Flanagan, as waivers are offered upon request.
Matriculation Fee: $150.00
A non-refundable fee is due 30 days after receipt of acceptance. The matriculation fee is applied towards the tuition and fees upon matriculation. If you are receiving tuition reimbursement or your classes are paid by your employer, they will be billed for the matriculation fee, and it will not be charged to the student. For eligible LECOM Health employees, the matriculation fee will be waived.

Health Insurance
Nursing students will begin direct patient care in the first semester of nursing courses, which is in the summer of their first year. Nursing students in the LECOM School of Nursing A.S.N.-R.N. program will need to show proof of insurance starting in the fall of their first year.
Students must either take the LECOM Health insurance or must sign a waiver if they are on their parents’ plan so that Student Services can be sure adequate coverage is provided for each student. Students who are over 26, or own their own at any age, will be required to have the LECOM Blue Cross Blue Shield Highmark health insurance, which is currently $4,524 a year; $2,262.00 will be collected each semester.
**For eligible LECOM Health employees, health insurance coverage will be provided by the Program, free of cost to the student each semester that eligibility has been confirmed.
For Employees of LECOM Health and Affiliates
You may be eligible for an employee benefit that covers all costs of the LECOM Associate of Science Degree in Nursing Program. This is not a tuition reimbursement program; students are not billed and invoices will all be paid directly by your employer. Please contact your Human Resources department for more information on the Direct-Bill Employer Tuition Scholarship Program.
