About the LECOM Student Scholarship Fund Auction

Each year, LECOM’s Student Scholarship Fund Auction brings together alumni, physicians, business leaders and friends of LECOM for an evening dedicated to a single goal: helping our students afford the cost of their medical, dental, podiatric and pharmacy education.

Held at the Erie Bayfront Convention Center, the evening features a silent auction, dinner program and live auction, with proceeds benefiting the LECOM Student Scholarship Fund. Since its founding, the auction has raised millions of dollars in direct support of LECOM students — many of whom go on to practice medicine right here in the Erie region and beyond.

Rising tuition costs and increasing student debt make scholarship support more critical than ever. Your attendance, sponsorship or auction bid directly reduces the financial burden on the next generation of osteopathic physicians, dentists, podiatrists and pharmacists — helping ensure that a LECOM education remains within reach for talented students, regardless of their financial circumstances.
