Congratulations to the LECOM Erie and LECOM at Seton Hill Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine and Doctors of Pharmacy Classes of 2015!
At LECOM’s 19th commencement ceremony, the college awarded professional degrees to 352 medical students, 141 pharmacy students, 30 Master of Science in Medical Education students, and eight Master of Science in Biomedical Science students. The new physicians will move into osteopathic residencies or choose a medical specialty internship. LECOM pharmacy graduates will start working in community pharmacies, hospital/clinical pharmacies, or in long-term care facilities. Others will move on to specialized residency programs.
LECOM’s campus in Bradenton, FL will host its Commencement on Sunday, June 7 at the Bradenton Area Convention Center. At LECOM-Bradenton’s ceremony, 187 students will receive the DO degree, 135 will receive the PharmD degree, 11 will receive a Masters in Health Services Administration, and two will receive a Master of Science in Medical Education degree. In total, LECOM’s Class of 2015 includes more than 860 graduates.
