Biography

Dr. Bell is a native Kentuckian, having graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. He completed a combined residency in Prosthodontics and Maxillofacial Prosthetics at the Indiana University School of Dentistry and Medical Center, receiving a Master of Science Degree. He was appointed Assistant Professor of Dentistry and Director of the Advanced Education Programs in Prosthodontics and Maxillofacial Prosthetics at the University of Alabama School of Dentistry and Medical Center. Dr. Bell established a private practice, limited to Prosthodontics, for over 30 years, in Sarasota, Florida. In 2021, he was appointed as Assistant Professor of Prosthodontics at LECOM, School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Bell is a Life Member of the American Dental Association, Delegate to the Florida Dental Association, the West Coast District Dental Association and is a Past President of the Sarasota County Dental Association. He is a Consultant Examiner for the Commission on Dental Competency Assessments, the Western Regional Examination Board and the Council of Independent Testing Agencies.

Dr. Bell is a Fellow of the American College of Dentists, the International College of Dentists and the Pierre Fauchard Academy
