Biography
Dr. Susan Calderbank is a general dentist and maintained a private practice for over 40 years. She is the former Chair of the Pennsylvania State Board of Dental Examiners. She is an ADEX Examiner. Dr. Calderbank has lectured both nationally and internationally on the Dental Care of the Cancer Patient. Dr. Calderbank has been awarded the Pennsylvania Dental Association Special Public Service Award in recognition of her commitment to raising the awareness of the Oral Complications of Cancer Therapies. In addition, she is a Pennsylvania State Master Gardener.
