Biography

Dr. Joshi is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacology and Pharmaceutical Sciences position at LECCOM. He received his Doctorate in Medical Pharmacology from VP Chest Institute,
Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Delhi, India. He received his Master of Pharmacy with the specialization in Pharmacology in 2010 from India. He has Bachelor of Pharmacy and Diploma in Pharmacy education from India. He also worked as a community pharmacist in India for five years. Upon completion of his Doctorate, he joined the Department of
Pharmacology & Regenerative medicine in 2016 and worked as a postdoc fellow for five years and thereafter as a Research assistant professor for two and half years. Dr. Joshi has worked in many research areas such as Neuropharmacology, Nephro-pharmacology, Toxicology and Pulmonary infectious disease. His research worked generated many research articles which are published in high impact journals, such as Cell press, Circulation Research, ACS nano, AJP-lung, FASEB, Nature press, European pharmacology, etc. He received a research recognition award from the respiratory section of the American Physiological Society in 2018. He is also a
reviewer of various scientific journals. Dr. Joshi is enthusiastic about the future of next generation of pharmacist and medical students to provide them a sound knowledge of Pharmacology.
