Biography

Prior to medical school, Dr. Lambroussis was an adjunct professor and microbiology laboratory instructor for the Department of Biology & Molecular Biology at Montclair State University (Montclair, NJ). He was also an emergency medical technician and BLS/CPR instructor. Dr. Lambroussis has published research involving the effects of World Trade Center Dust and has been involved in multiple other projects in both the clinical and laboratory settings. Dr. Lambroussis completed a research fellowship in 2008-2009 during his final year of graduate school. The most recent full publications are: Melanoma for Primary Care (July/August 2017 issue of the Osteopathic Family Physician journal); Primary Care Recognition and Treatment of Methamphetamine Use Disorder (March/April 2020 issue of the Osteopathic Family Physician journal). Dr. Lambroussis completed his family medicine residency at Arnot Ogden Medical Center (Elmira, NY) where he had previously been for the majority of his third- and fourth-year medical school rotations. Since 2014, Dr. Lambroussis has also supervised the student OMM clinic at Arnot Ogden Medical Center and has most recently joined the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine as an assistant professor of osteopathic manipulative medicine for the newest campus in Elmira, NY. Dr. Lambroussis will serve as the Assistant Director of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine for LECOM Elmira, and will also assist with the instruction of the History and Physical Examination course.
