Biography

Tiffany Burca, D.O. joined the full-time clinical faculty at the LECOM Bradenton campus in 2025 and holds the title of Assistant Professor of Family Medicine, where her primary responsibilities include serving as an instructor of Clinical Examination Courses, OPP, and facilitating PBL.  Dr. Burca has been with LECOM in a part-time capacity since 2024, working in clinical skills and examinations, contributing to the admissions process, and participating in program development and school initiatives.  Dr. Burca received her Bachelor of Science in Pre-Med from Wayland Baptist University and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from LECOM. Previously, while serving on active duty with the USAF and as a civilian, she held various roles, including Family Medicine Physician, Family Health Clinic Medical Director, Pharmacy & Clinic Officer in Charge, and Clinical Support Staff Protocol Manager. She also deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Freedom’s Sentinel. She has over 10 years of outpatient clinical experience. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, dogs, and traveling.
