Biography
As an educator, Sandip is passionate about mentoring the next generation of healthcare leaders, fostering critical inquiry, and integrating real-world administrative challenges into academic environment. Sandip’s research focuses on advancing national healthcare interoperability and strengthening health information exchange practices and through his dissertation, he examined the key organizational, technical, and regulatory factors influencing the adoption of the Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement (TEFCA), a national initiative aimed at improving electronic health information sharing. This research contributes to both academic knowledge and healthcare practice by providing evidence-based insights to inform leadership strategies, policy development, and operational improvement. Dr. Rathod is particularly committed to exploring how emerging technologies, healthcare policy frameworks, and organizational behavior influence the future of healthcare delivery.
