Biography

Dr. Fernandez grew up in St. Petersburg, FL and still resides in the area.  Graduated from FSU in ’91 (go noles!) and then from University of Florida in ’95.  He then entered the U.S. Navy and completed GPR at Porstmouth Naval Hospital, followed by 4 years in Sasebo, Japan.  I was then in solo private practice from ’99-’25.
