Biography
Mary Darby Jackson, PhD is an Assistant Professor in the college of medicine at LECOM Bradenton. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences at Mississippi State University. She then completed graduate school at the University of Mississippi Medical Center where she earned her PhD in Microbiology and Immunology. After graduate school she became a postdoc researcher in the Institute of Ecology and Evolution at the University of Oregon. Dr. Jackson started teaching at LECOM Bradenton in 2023. During her free time Dr. Jackson enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
