Biography
Colette E. Yori Tobia, DPM, MS, is an Assistant Professor at the LECOM School of Podiatric Medicine as well as a practicing board certified Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at LECOM Health. She received her medical degree from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami Shores, Florida and completed her residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida. Before receiving her medical degree, she graduated from the University of Miami (FL) with a Bachelor of Science degree and completed the Master of Science Program in Biomedical Sciences from Barry University.
Dr. Yori Tobia specializes in diabetic care, geriatrics, wound care, and minimally invasive surgeries and practices throughout the LECOM Health System. She also sees patients at the senior living communities associated with the LECOM Institute for Successful Living and the Wound Care Center.
At the LECOM School of Podiatric Medicine, Dr. Yori Tobia serves on several committees, serves as the Faculty Council President and enjoys teaching Clinical Podiatric Medicine, Biomechanics and Podiatric Surgery courses.
After spending several years in private practice outside of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Dr. Yori Tobia, is excited to return to her roots in Pennsylvania and serve the Erie community. In her spare time, she enjoys walking outdoors, ballet, crafting, spending time with family and exploring Erie with her husband and two sons.
