Biography
Sam Rodmyre, D.O., is a recent graduate of the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine Bradenton College of Medicine, Class of 2026. His academic and professional interests include medical education, clinical skills development, compassionate communication, professional identity formation, mentorship, student advising, physician leadership, and service-oriented healthcare.
Dr. Rodmyre has served in several student leadership and mentorship roles, including as the President of the LECOM Student American Academy of Osteopathy Club, Secretary and Treasurer of the LECOM Internal Medicine Club, and as a LECOM Ambassador. Through these roles, he helped organize educational opportunities for medical students, promote engagement with osteopathic principles and practice, represent LECOM at the National American Academy of Osteopathy Convocation, and mentor incoming and prospective medical students.
Dr. Rodmyre is also involved in community service, mentorship, and faith-informed leadership. He served as a medical liaison for DAY4HOPE, where he recruited volunteer medical professionals to provide school-entry physical exams for underserved children in the Bradenton community. He is currently developing a coaching framework for healthcare workers focused on compassionate communication, professional identity formation, moral resilience, and equipping healthcare team members with practical tools to serve effectively in their roles.
