Biography
Sindhu Sekaran, DO, is a Visiting Professor at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is passionate about helping students build strong foundations in clinical reasoning, history-taking, physical examination skills, and board preparation. Her academic interests include student support, feedback and remediation, clinical skills development, and the transition from medical school to residency.
Dr. Sekaran earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree and has clinical training experience in pediatrics. She is particularly interested in helping students approach medical training with structure, reflection, and resilience. In her role at LECOM, she looks forward to supporting students as they develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed for clinical practice.
