The Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine Student Scholarship Auction Committee has announced that the College will hold the 14th Annual Student Scholarship Fund Auction at the new Erie Bayfront Convention Center on Friday, November 16. 2007. The program opens at 6 PM with a silent auction, followed by dinner at 7 PM and a live auction at 8 PM. For reservations contact the LECOM Communications Office (814) 866-8125 or (814) 860-5125. The Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine continues growing rapidly and attracting some of the brightest candidates for the College of Osteopathic Medicine and School of Pharmacy.

Each year, the College conducts fund raisers only for the purpose of providing scholarships to our students.

Still, the cost of obtaining a medical or pharmacy degree creates financial burdens for LECOM students. While LECOM maintains one of the lowest private medical school tuitions, these students face mounting debt as they complete their education. Most medical students graduate owing more than $150,000.

Through donations to the Student Scholarship Fund, LECOM is able to help deserving students fulfill their dreams.

LECOM is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and donations are tax deductible. Your generous contributions will be greatly appreciated and all donors will be listed in our auction program, which will be distributed to over 500 guests and participants attending our event.
