The Learning Resource Center maintains information essential for all curricula in all LECOM programs. The Learning Resource Center is dedicated to facilitating this process and assisting in becoming competent, independent users of timely information.

Housing more than 12,000 monographs and 4,800 bound volumes of journals, the library also maintains 168 hardcopy journal subscriptions, as well as more than 1,100 electronic journal titles.  LECOM provides access to current healthcare databases such as UpToDate, DynaMed, Micromedez, and Evidence Based Medicine Review along with others. Study areas contain multimedia and computer hardware. Students have access to wireless and Local Area Network ports in the library. Materials not available within the physical library are obtained through the National Network of Libraries of Medicine.
