Financial Aid Awards
Once all
of the requested information is received by the Office of Financial Aid, a student's eligibility
for financial aid will be determined. A student's Financial Aid Award Letter will posted to
the LECOM Student Portal at https://portal.lecom.edu
or will be mailed to the student. The Financial Aid Award Letter details student eligibility for
financial aid and includes loan application instructions. To apply for the Federal Direct and
Graduate PLUS loans, go to http://Studentloans.gov.
Financial Aid award amounts are estimated based on information provided by the student. If the
information provided is incorrect, loan eligibility may need to be adjusted. If a student receives
any outside awards, he or she will need to notify the LECOM Office of Financial Aid and financial
aid may need to be adjusted. Continued eligibility for educational loans is contingent upon the
student making satisfactory academic progress. Refer to the LECOM Academic Catalog and Student
Handbook for more information regarding satisfactory academic progress.
